BuildMatch is a private network. Every member is vetted and referred, and every application is read before an account is opened. What follows is what we expect of members — and what members can expect of each other.

Keep each site organised under its own project hub (plans, schedules, photos, access notes), delegate Site Managers per project, and post multiple jobs faster using the saved site details.
Paying on time is
a condition of membership.
We won't promise you'll always be paid quickly — nobody honestly can. What we do instead: publish how fast every builder approves and pays, block the slow ones from posting new work, and record a strike against the ones who make a habit of it.

How Payments Work
Work to agreed terms — whether by milestones or timesheets. When you complete the work and the builder approves it, the payment is released. How long each builder takes to do that is recorded and shown on their profile.

Payment is released when the builder approves the work — not on an invoice due date
Every Builder's Record Is Published
Each builder carries an automatic "Pays on Time" rating, worked out from how quickly they approve completed work. It sits on their profile. Members can read it before they quote.

Avg 4★+ earns the "Pays on Time" badge on your profile
Repeated late payment blocks a builder from posting new work, and enough strikes cost them their membership. That is the whole point of a closed network — the rules mean something because they are enforced.
