What the walkthrough covers
- Posting work to vetted members and comparing their quotes
- Estimating and takeoffs, from preliminaries through to fit-out
- Contracts, variations and progress claims
- Live budgets, and payment released when you approve the milestone
- RFIs and shop drawings, with the full audit trail
- Programming, site diary and defects
- Invoicing, and the books going straight into Xero
- CRM and leads, so the next job is already lined up
