What does it cost to start?
Nothing, on either side, and neither of you needs a card to begin. A trade bids and gets paid for free. A builder applies, and once he is accepted the jobs side is free for good.
What is the difference between Jobs and Max?
Jobs is everything from posting a package to paying the invoice: quotes, contracts, signing, RFIs, shop drawings, approvals and payments. Max adds the rest of the business: estimating with AI-assisted takeoffs, live budgets, the programme across projects and the portal your client logs into.
Why do I have to apply?
Because the trades on here are vetted, and it only works if the builders are too. We look at who you are, what you have built and who you have built it with. Sydney high end residential is what we do.
Why does Max not show a price?
Because it depends on how much you build and how much of what you already use we move across. We would rather quote it against your business than put up a number that is wrong for you. Talk to us and you will have one quickly.
Is the builder side really free, or is it a trial?
Really free. There is no date on it and no card. Post as many packages as you like, run them through to the invoice, and pay nothing. You only talk to us about money if you want Max, which is the estimating, budgets, programme and client portal on top.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Plans are monthly, and you can move up or down at the end of a month. Nothing is locked in for a year.
How does the review system work?
After a completed job both sides can rate each other. It runs both ways on purpose, trades rate builders too, so everyone is accountable and the ratings are worth something.
